We are looking for new colleagues for the IT Sales Excellence Analytics Business Analyst position for our globally and dynamically growing pharmaceutical client. Our partner is flexible in terms of the place of work (in some cases it may be important to be present in the HQ in Budapest).
Tasks
- You will work in collaboration & partnership with IT groups, business units & enabling functions stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically, while gathering project requirements from customer groups from in-market taskslevel to enterprise-level deployments of commercial Sales Excellence & Analytics information systems
- Be responsible of defining and implementing successful Sales Excellence, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence IT solutions, involving knowledge about latest Analytics and BI trends and technologies, to enable Business Reporting & Analytics strategy and delivering on commercial needs and priorities
- Be responsible for the IT Analytics demand and projects value delivery across EU markets
- Understands Commercial Customers operational needs and strategic direction, specifically in relation to Sales Operations, Analytics, Reports and Forecasting (from Regional and Local perspective)
- Analyzes business requirements and translates them into optimizing Sales operation activities and/or best Analytics solutions proposal high value technology solutions, sales operation improvement and optimization, KPIs reports and defined dashboards
- Manages and sets stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management)
- Advanced English knowledge
- Proven experience on delivering business and technical requirements Analytics solutions and Technologies, elicitation, modeling, methodology development (2-4 years)
- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing and managing resource
- Experience in a large multinational publicly traded company
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong ability to engage cross – functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Experience of applying industry standard business analysis approaches
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, effective communication and ability to quickly develop new technical and functional competencies
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, earning the trust both of customers and teammates
