We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Project Manager with strong ERP expertise to join our Global Delivery team. In this high-impact role, you’ll take the lead on a major ERP implementation project, guiding our customers through every step of their digital transformation journey.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients, implementation and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with exceptional quality.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects
- Managing project scope, timelines, and budget
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Managing project risks and issues
- Coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure project success
- Providing leadership and direction to project team members
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
- Managing project change requests and ensuring they are properly documented
- Continuously monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that it stays on schedule
- Managing the handover of the project to the customer
- Learn the Modules of NAXT 365
- Build a communication channel with colleagues Globally
What we expect from you:
- University Degree in IT or Logistics or Engineering or Business Management, PMP is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience as a Project manager in large-scale software implementations
- Extensive knowledge in Project management and its sub sections (scope, budget, cost, plan, quality, time, resource management)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 software is a strong advantage
- willingness to travel (up to 50-60%)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Scrum
- Create and maintain the project implementation according to SEAL methodology
- Organize and coordinate the project repositories for your projects
- Provide monthly reports on projects health to the PMO Manager
- Provide Weekly, BI-Weekly Project Status Documents for your projects to the PMO Manager
- Provide Weekly and Monthly Invoice Billing to Customer
