As IT Manager, tasked to run optimize, transform and innovate infrastructure, applications and services together with companies to co-create the best customer experience.
Tasks
- Manage projects of the Regional Data Center (RDC)
- Participate in and represent RDC in corporate projects
- Administer and report projects in company project management tool
- Coordinate and manage the cooperation of different expert areas within RDC and towards specific client groups (AP)
- Support Incident, Change and Problem management processes execution and changes
- Engage and support other process related activities
- Participate and support Agile transformation
- Support delivery teams to comply with SLA contracts towards customers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position at a multinational company
- University or college degree on relevant field can be substituted with certificates of different project management methodologies and relevant experience with references
- Relevant experience with ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Advanced English and negotiation skills is a must
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach is expected
