Our client has more than 40 years of research and development in the field of gambling systems. This extensive experience has made their company a worldwide leading supplier of gambling products. To support their team in Budapest, we are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer
Tasks:
- Provision / operation of customers system 24/7
- Current systems upkeep / care / maintenance / upgrades
- Analysis and removal of occurring problems
- Constant communication to involved units and partners
- Preparing/making presentations for clients and introducing/teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required
Requirements:
- You have higher degree on relevant field (IT / Telecommunications)
- You have minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server systems
- You have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database systems
- You have basic Linux systems knowledge
- Oracle Database and Application Servers are advantages
- You have application containerization expertize
- You have good understanding in high availability solutions, IP networking, virtualization, storage and backup systems, server hardware
- You are willing to provide 24/7 standby support
- You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
- You work well under pressure and you are a team player
- You know what ITIL means
