As IT Local Administrator, tasked to run optimize, transform and innovate infrastructure, applications and services together with companies to co-create the best customer experience.
Tasks
- Implement internal IT Strategy
- Implement internal IT Rules/Policies/Standards
- Ensure complianceto locally/centrally defined rules/policies
- Manage internal IT-relevant communication inside branch
- Perform IT Cost Controlling and optimization initiatives
- Introduce new Workplace Services (e.g. M365, MFA)
- Ensure continuous change management for services, (e.g. EMS,
- AMC, MTC and AVC) including operational end user communication
- Exchange Devices (e.g. mobile phones, laptops)
- Introduce one Active Directory
- Ensure central Access & Identity Management
- Ensure introduction of standard processes like e.g. Mover/Leaver/Joiner
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft and ITIL
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
