They are looking for a new colleague to join their international team.
Tasks
- Change Coordination, assessment and approval for changes with various risk classes, moderation and documentation of international phone conferences and meetings including the Change Advisory Board
- Pro-active change analysis to prevent major incidents
- Creation of reports and dynamic analysis for pro-active issue detection
- Continuous Improvement of Change processes and corresponding tools
- Collaboration with Process Manager
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical IT experience in IT enterprise operations
- Minimum of 3 years of day to day experience in ITIL process flows (change, problem and incident management)
- Excellent English language skills – spoken and written
- Excel knowhow for report creation
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills in an international environment
