We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Engineer to join our Digital Change & Adoption team.
This role focuses on the planning, delivery, and integration of infrastructure projects across the organisation, including SaaS consolidation, migration initiatives, and the integration of newly acquired businesses. Our client is a leading global consultancy to the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Project Delivery
- Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects, including SaaS migrations, system consolidations, and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of infrastructure initiatives
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines
- Integration & Consolidation
- Support the integration of IT systems from newly acquired businesses, ensuring seamless alignment with existing infrastructure
- Drive the consolidation of SaaS applications, on-premises systems, and legacy platforms
- Identify and reduce technical debt across the infrastructure landscape to improve efficiency and maintainability
- Digital Change & Adoption Support
- Collaborate with Change & Adoption teams to ensure stakeholders are informed and trained on infrastructure changes
- Provide input on process improvements and governance to support adoption of new infrastructure solutions
- Maintain documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures for all projects.
- Technical Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze current infrastructure and propose solutions that support consolidation, migration, or integration objectives
- Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, and management for infrastructure solutions
- Ensure alignment with IT security, compliance, and governance standards during project delivery
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, including SaaS migration, consolidation, or integration of acquired systems
- Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure components, networking, and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and technical debt reduction strategies
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- ITIL Foundation / Practitioner
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
