Our client has more than 40 years of research and development in the field of gambling systems made our company a worldwide leading supplier of gambling products. To support their team in Budapest, we are looking for a HR Coordinator.
Tasks
- Respond to internal and external HR related requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, contracts, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Support the recruitment/hiring/termination process
- Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
- Assisting with performance management procedures
- Generating reports on general HR activity
Requirements
- Graduate of a university or college with focus on HR studies
- 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good English knowledge
