We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead our partner´s business development efforts across Central Europe and the Baltics, shaping and executing strategy, and managing a small but impactful team of 2-3 BD professionals.
Tasks
- Lead and grow the business development team
- Design and execute business development and market expansion strategies
- Act as a senior Key Account Manager – building and nurturing high-level client relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships, especially in the Baltics
- Collaborate on product development from a commercial perspective
- Option to join the executive board for top-tier candidates
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in business development or enterprise sales
- Strong background in the energy sector (electricity/gas) or in IT B2B sales at 70–100+ FTE companies
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region
