We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our partners growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Craft an efficient outbound sales process from scratch. This includes lead generation, qualification, outreach strategies, follow-ups, and transition to account executives or the closing team.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/software development sector.
- Strong english knowledge
- Experience with SW development sector
- Proven track record of acquiring clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and the IT industry landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel (if necessary) for client meetings or industry events.
