Our partner is looking for an experienced Frontend / Full Stack Engineer to join an international project focused on building modern enterprise web platforms for the financial services and asset management sector.
Tasks
- Designing, coding, testing, and supporting reliable, robust frontend components with high-quality standards.
- Building and enhancing product page components aligned with regional rollout needs.
- Troubleshooting integration issues across frontend, services, CMS/configuration, and data-driven product page flows.
- Participating actively in multi-functional feature requirements gathering, design alignment, implementation, QA validation and release preparation.
- Collaborating with product management, technical leadership and business stakeholders on the right units of work to include in each release.
- Producing clear implementation notes, validation notes, and test evidence to support QA, UAT, and sign-off cycles.
- Resolving production/release blockers, current-release defects, and next-release items based on agreed priority lanes.
- Performing code reviews and providing timely feedback to other engineers, with attention to shared platform stability and long-term scaling patterns.
- Raising blockers, scope changes and delivery risks early to reduce coordination overhead and support predictable release execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong professional experience in frontend engineering using modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong HTML, CSS, responsive UI, accessibility, and browser compatibility fundamentals.
- Experience integrating frontend components with APIs, CMS/configuration, or data-driven services.
- Enterprise experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with Git-based development, pull requests, code review, CI/CD pipelines, and release branches.
- Strong debugging skills across UI, service integration, data, configuration, and environment-related issues.
- Strong analytical skills and passion to understand existing systems before changing them.
- Proficiency in building and passion for creating great products that solve complex problems.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and time management abilities.
- Quality mindset, including the ability to provide clear validation notes and test evidence for release-sensitive work.
- Practical familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows, including using AI tools responsibly to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and test coverage while maintaining code quality and security standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with AEM, CMS-driven websites, or large-scale public web platforms.
- Experience with financial services, regulated content, product data, disclosures, or investment product websites.
- Experience working with QA automation, regression, and accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps boards, prioritization lanes, release blockers, and structured defect triage. Experience with configuration repositories, environment-specific behavior, feature flags, or release hardening.
- Understanding performance, SEO/LLM crawlability, analytics tagging, or structured data/schema markup.
- Experience working in distributed teams with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Compliance, and Operations.
