We are looking for an Embedded Firmware (C++) Developer to join our international partners team to Budapest with 4 days/week home-office opportunity. Our client has been committed to innovative solutions in automation technology and the competitive edge of their customers for 100 years.
Your tasks would include embedded product development (sensors, network devices, RFID readers, industrial cameras) based on C++.
Requirements
- Studies of electrical engineering, communications technology, IT with focus embedded systems or comparable qualification
- At least 2+ years of professional experience
- Very good experience in C, C++ and in the development of embedded systems
- Deep knowledge in IOT protocols and security methods
- Good knowledge of the corresponding tool chains (requirement management / development systems)
- English knowledge at communication level
- Experience with continuous integration and testing systems
- Good analytical capabilities
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Development of embedded firmware for devices and sensors with focus on IOT communication protocols like MQTT, OPC-UA, REST,
- Definition of the product/firmware specification in the requirement management system
- Coding, integration, testing and documentation of program code
- Conceptual design of unit, integration and system tests, execution and evaluation of related tests
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary, distributed product development teams
