We are looking for an Digital Workplace Engineer with relevant experience and strong English language skills. Our partner is Europes leading and continuously growing medical diagnostics and technology provider. The objective of the roleis to maintain the IT Communications services and provide the necessary know-how to identify, implement and maintain the IT Digital Workplace Infrastructure.
Tasks:
- Daily management of Digital Workplace systems including SCCM/Intune, Endpoints, Exchange, O365.
- Coordinate Digital Workplace troubleshooting and problem determination of Major Incidents and associated tickets
- Supports capacity, performance, and risk management strategies to ensure the appropriate levels of availability, stability, and capability in Digital Workplace systems as per the SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND
- Supports Digital Workplace Lead Engineer in managing Group IT Digital Workplace services in line with SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND.
- Recommends and drives approved continuous improvement and optimization activities as aligned with Digital Workplace Lead Engineer.

- Executing the necessary maintenance activities within Digital Workplace technologies to meet the SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND.
- Continuous support of Group IT Digital Workplace technologies to meet SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND.
- Acting as an escalation point for all L3 Digital Workplace technologies related tickets and partners with peers and stakeholders to deliver continual improvement initiatives in IT Infrastructure area.
- Working with IT Supply peers to build strong professional relationships and ensure the effective delivery of the in-scope IT services.
- Supporting Digital Workplace Lead Engineer to Identify risks impacting existing IT Solutions, prepare risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
- Guiding and supporting L2 Digital Workplace Engineers independently.
- Creating standard documentation (SOP) to the assigned systems if it is not available or refreshing the available ones.
- Execution of approved Group IT Digital Workplace initiatives and Changes
- Working on tickets assigned to the L3 Communications queue in ITSM as defined by the Digital Workplace Lead Engineer.
- Cmmunication with external DW support, delegating routine and/or documented tasks.
- Driving Infrastructure optimization within the SCCM/Intune topics.

Requirements:
- Microsoft MCSA, O365, SCCM/Intune or Azure training and/or certification or appropriate working experience in managing Digital Workplace technologies in complex environments.
- University degree and/or relevant IT industrial experience
- Fluency in English language (Oral and Written). Additional language knowledge an advantage.
- 5+5+ years of demonstratable experience as Digital Workplace engineer in multinational company. Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
- Experience with working on international e level is a must.
