Our partner is a leading global agricultural technology company with a rich history spanning over 250 years. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DDI Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our DDI environment while also enhancing existing solutions. You will lead a small team of DDI analysts, providing 1st/2nd level support and serving as an escalation point for issues within the DDI ecosystem.
This role plays a crucial part in identifying potential DDI vulnerabilities, developing risk mitigation strategies, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to understand and define requirements.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for DDI solutions.
- Identify and resolve gaps in the current DDI environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of DNS analysts.
- Troubleshoot escalated DNS-related issues.
- Design and implement automation for DDI processes to improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain DDI policies.
- Work with design and planning teams to refine solutions and address technical challenges.
- Ensure seamless handover of solutions to engineering and operations teams with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 Operations, Engineering teams, and third-party providers.
- Maintain inventory and knowledge base systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in DDI services.
- Monitor service capacity and performance, recommending necessary technical or service changes.
- Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and technical design support.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
- 5+ years of experience in networking (TCP/IP, network protocols, ports).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
- Experience leading a small team (preferred).
- Ability to identify and act on areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with BlueCat (preferred).
- Exposure to BlueCat Automation Gateway (a plus).
- Fluent English communication skills.
