Our client is a global company specializing in IT solutions, providing technological support and innovative software development services across various industries. They offer tailored, efficient solutions to clients, facilitating digital transformation and optimizing business processes.

They are seeking for a dedicated and responsible Support Representative to join their team, focusing on providing exceptional mail and chat support to clients and content providers on the various streaming websites under our brands. They are now operating a leading chat site for adults on a multi-national scale.

Tasks

  • Address client inquiries and technical issues via email and chat.
  • Escalate complex issues and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist models with technical issues, profile management, and onboarding.
  • Validate content and enforce Fair Play rules.
  • Provide feedback for profile and performance improvement.
  • Conduct coaching sessions on best practices and performance strategies.
  • Develop training materials and monitor model performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends.
  • Work with support teams to ensure quality service.
  • Report issues and feedback to the Support Manager.
  • Contribute to process and training improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in customer support, preferably in the adult entertainment industry or a related field.
  • Proficient in using support ticket systems and chat tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Salesforce.
  • Working in tandem with development teams.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Basic level of technical knowledge in relation to online streaming and its requirements.
  • Knowledge of best practices for online performance and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Advantages

  • Experience in a coaching or mentoring role is highly desirable.
  • L2-L3 support experience.
  • French language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with live cam platforms and an understanding of the adult entertainment industry.
