Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join their AI-powered marketing platform. The role is open to both full-time candidates and students looking to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced software, AI, and data engineers. As a Customer Success Engineer, you´ll serve as the technical bridge between customers and the engineering team. You´ll combine customer-facing responsibilities with hands-on technical work, helping clients successfully adopt the platform while contributing to product quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
- Build and maintain internal and external knowledge bases, documentation, and training materials.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with a customer-first approach.
- Own functional and non-functional testing activities, including creating and maintaining automated test cases across frontend and backend components.
- Work closely with the data layer and AI-driven analytics models to validate functionality and ensure high product quality.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Contribute ideas, prototypes, and feedback for future product features and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-first mindset and great interpersonal skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, a recent graduate, or available to work in a student employment arrangement.
- 1–2 years of experience through internships, student employment, or other technical roles.
- Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly Databricks.
- Familiarity with AWS services and API-first architectures.
- Familiarity with full-stack Swift architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
