Main responsibilities
- Maintain availability of mobile Core Network for PS/EPC domain
- Investigate network faults (HW and SW) and customer complaints
- Manage and coordinate system and service-related problems and escalate if necessary
- Report and track faults towards vendors
- Implement new NEs, SW releases, features, network expansions, and configuration changes for core network elements
- Support testing of new Core SW releases, features
- Support other organizational units in their related activities
- Support and participate in projects
- Support vendor management and performance reporting
- Provide on-call duty in line with the limitation of labour law
Main requirements
- University / College degree in telecommunications or computer engineering
- At least 2-3 years operations experience on the Core network/ IP network field
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Experience in LINUX/UNIX system operations
- Experience in SW testing and handling trouble tickets
- Team player and able to work independently
- Market and customer oriented way of thinking and attitude, result oriented
- Basic programming skills
