We are looking for a Copilot Studio / Power Platform Developer to join enterprise-scale projects, supporting digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries. In this role, you will work on designing and delivering AI-powered copilots, business applications, and end-to-end automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This is not a narrow implementation role – you will be involved in complex, real-world use cases, combining low-code and pro-code approaches, and contributing across the full solution lifecycle from design to production.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-based copilots and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build and optimize automated workflows and integrations with Microsoft Power Automate
- Develop business applications (canvas and model-driven) using Microsoft Power Apps
- Design scalable data models and manage data solutions in Microsoft Dataverse
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external enterprise systems (APIs, custom connectors)
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure maintainability, performance, and best practices across implementations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience or strong interest in AI-driven solutions and copilots
- Solid understanding of business process automation and system integration
- Ability to think in systems and design scalable solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking
- Good communication skills in English (client-facing environment)
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI tools
- Knowledge of pro-code extensions (JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, APIs)
- Experience with custom connectors and external integrations
- Familiarity with ALM, DevOps, or Power Platform governance concepts
- Understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise architecture patterns
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
