We are looking for a german speaking Business Analyst for our Bluebird team. Our partner requires 1 day on-site in Vienna.
Tasks
- Translation of user stories into requirements including solution design
- Checking the fulfillment of requirements after implementation
- Moderation of workshops with business analysts, developers and testers
- Fully cover the business analyst lifecycle (elicitation, documentation, testing/quality assurance, management of requirements) and the content/technical design of complex IT solutions
- Will work in a scaled agile software implementation organization in agile development teams and cover development-related, team-internal detailed analysis activities just as adeptly as cross-team analyses and concept activities (e.g. topic conception, epic analysis, user story creation, development tasks, technical support of development activities, documentation)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in analyzing extensive, complex IT systems and a profound understanding of technical and functional processes and interrelationships
- Excellent knowledge of tools for visualizing and documenting software requirements (Jira/Confluence, Office products)
- Ability to easily present, visualize and communicate complex technical relationships
- Excellent analytical skills as well as moderation and presentation skills and high organizational and communication skills in spoken and written form
- Strong social skills, especially in dealing with stakeholders (management, specialist departments, technical employees)
- Knowledge and practical experience in agile software development processes and in working in agile software implementation teams
