We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust analytics solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory. In this role, you will build scalable data pipelines, create high-performance dashboards, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Our client is a leading global consultancy to the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain BI solutions (Power BI, ADF, Snowflake)
- Build dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking
- Analyse key metrics (e.g. forecasting, utilisation, financial indicators)
- Integrate data from multiple sources into consistent, usable data models
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and reliability across reporting solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver insights
- Collaborate with BI team members on more complex initiatives
- Optimise performance of BI tools and reporting processes
- Support end users and provide guidance on using BI solutions
- Maintain clear documentation and follow data governance best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or BI Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying Snowflake
- Experience developing and managing Azure Data Factory pipelines
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schemas, fact and dimension tables)
- Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce, ERP systems) and integrating data from multiple sources
- Customer-focused with a drive for delivering high-quality insights
Nice to have:
- Bachelors degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Salesforce
