Tasks
- Build and maintain technical relationships with the customer at multiple levels.
- Serve as the primary technical contact, resolving issues directly or through our network.
- Collaborate with the sales team and global Technical Account Manager on strategic, mid-term business planning for the account.
- Broaden the client’s engagement with us by promoting software and services across the full portfolio.
- Understand the client’s development processes and challenges, translating these into actionable business opportunities and tailored plans.
- Lead and align technical initiatives within the account with both local and global teams.
- Support the sales process by managing technical activities such as presentations, PoCs, demos, pilot projects, and implementation efforts.
Requirements
- A completed technical degree is required.
- Solid CAE expertise in at least one area: electromagnetics (e.g., e-motor or antenna simulation), nonlinear structural analysis, electronics Multiphysics, or CFD.
- Proficient in using CAE pre- and post-processing tools.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong grasp of development processes and organizational structures.
- Able to engage with customers at all levels, understand their needs, and proactively introduce new ideas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a confident and structured approach.
- Highly customer-focused, service-minded, a team player, and results-driven.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
- Willingness to travel within Eastern Europe.
- Fluent in English
