We are looking for a tester for a 6 month project for a Swiss company to support in the QA area. The current focus is to test a legacy C++ system and help out in test automation in the Java backend.
Tasks / Skills include
- Test legacy C++ system, implement test layer
- Knowledge of Linux and Shell Scripting
- Load and performance testing with JMeter
- Functional Java backend tests
- Test automation in Java backend in a microservices architecture, many interface topics (REST API, Postman…)
- German and English knowledge
Tech stack
- Jira with Xray, Cucumber (backend), Gherkin, BDD
Nice to Have
- Java, C++ programming skills, ISTQB Certification
