Our client is a multinational company with German background. They are looking for an Application coordinator to their internal team.
Operational tasks
- Ensures stable and safe operation of IT platforms
- Build up professional network within the corporate and the region
- Understand the main market drivers
- Be a bridge between the users and the internal (corporate) / external IT or speaking partners
- Measure the IT related requests / maintain and develop efficiency through ticketing system
- Manage the IT issues with cost consciousness involving inside and/or outsourced IT resources
- Demand management for the legal entity Escalation and Complaint Management
- Maintain the IT inventory (HW & SW), with updated IT suppliers prices
- Planning of the legal entity specific IT-budgets
- Planning and controlling of IT-projects of the legal entity
- Establishment of transparency regarding all IT-costs on legal entity level
- Data protection Coordinator role to the Hungarian Office NAIH, if issues happens (lost company data, etc.)
- Responsible for contract handling for IT specific suppliers and subcontractors according to the corporate general terms and conditions
- Take part on IT campaigns (phishing campaigns, expand the basic IT knowledge of users, etc)
- Knowing the in-house IT infrastructure (server, switches, wi-fi, etc.)
- Reporting to the corporate IT
Project type of responsibilities
- Make an overview of potential fields of development by understanding the business needs and market development
- Understand the business needs and processes and search for optimized IT tools and solutions / mainly within the corporate, secondly in the market
- Prepare an integrated 5-year IT plan / roadmap
- Manage the proper IT tool selection with business partners and group IT
- Manage the project implementation (including trouble shooting, trainings of key users, etc.)
- Implement mainly IT related tools (ticketing system, corporate defined solutions)
- Plan and manage the IT infrastructure relocation
- Actively seeking for the most beneficial solution for the users within the organization and for business subcontractors
