We are looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of Senior Angular Developer to our BI & Big Data
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Angular-based frontend applications in an Agile Development Platform
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
- Work with the product owners and business analysts to fully understand the business requirements and assure that the project deliverables
- Execute and log test cases to assure the quality of the developed functionalities
Further Responsibilities
- Perform code reviews to identify basic technical and logical errors
- Plan, coordinate and execute project activities to ensure timely completion
- Actively drive standardization and optimization of software development
- Develop best practices to improve productivity and utilize programming principles, tools, and techniques to write solution codes
experience
- 3+ years of Angular development experience
- Deep practical experience in implementing web applications using JavaScript/Typescript, HTML and CSS
- Solid knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and RESTful web services and build tools (npm)
- Practical experience in software integrations between frontend and backend applications in an Enterprise environment
- Good understanding of testing tools and frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Protractor)
- Strong experience in working with Business Analysts or Business Customers for requirements definition and transforming these into technical (UI/UX) design
- Demonstrated experience with software development life cycle methodologies, especially agile and continuous integration
skills
- Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Git
- Experience with behavior driven development is a big plus
- Insurance industry experience preferred
