As an Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for daily accounting activities including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and maintaining accurate and complete records. In this role, you will support in month-end closings, internal and external reporting as well as planning and forecasting. Together with the team, you will work closely with continuous improvement of our financial processes.

Feladatok

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of all necessary reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in accounting functions.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Operational tasks:
  • Support the full accounting cycle, cash management and treasury activities.
  • Perform Cash-flow forecasts and coordination of cash collection
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes (local GAAP and IFRS).
  • Communicate data to local accounting agency for local GAAP and tax reporting
  • Analyze, reconcile and quality-assure general ledger accounts.
  • Support in audits and assurance activities with external and tax auditors and headquarters
  • Production of financial reports for management, headquarters, and for external stakeholders.
  • Budget and Forecast support for General Manager as well as businesspartner for the local sales organization
  • Entering data into the accounting system in accordance with applicable company regulations

  • Good communication skills, with ability to collaborate with remote teams.
