Responsibilities
- Transform current B2B eco-system in a way to
- Ensure proper performance to meet increasing capacity requirements in the coming 3 years
- Solving existing security, stability issues
- Align with supplementary architecture plans
- Minimize sunk cost of the transformation
- Deliver the roadmap defined in the newly created EAI strategy, implement improvement actions and new middleware
Scope of the project
- Define expected systems load, bottleneck, analysis of known incidents
- Investigate future functionality requirements and renewal options (monitoring, isolation, operation effort, API gateway etc.)
- Run RFI to understand main market players approach
- Analyze options (5 at the moment)
- Define task leading to urgent delivery of the critical enhancements
- Migration strategy, parallel working
- TCO, resource estimate
- Performance test methodology able to simulate expected peak loads
- Define feasible scope for urgent delivery (phase1)
Requested competencies
- Strong knowledge in implementing integration and middleware, B2B systems
