Role purpose The Purchase to Pay Invoice Booking Accountant executes all activities as defined in the SLAs/OLAs for PTP for selected local companies with the support of the Senior Accountant and reports directly to the TeamLeader PTP.

Munkavégzés helye:


  • Supporting the process owner converting strategic directions into operational daytoday processes
  • Supporting deployment of processes as well as development and maintenance of tools supporting our processes
  • Coordinate and support training of employees within processes
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert
  • Write up process tracker, maintain issue log, identify exceptions, gaps and business operating pack
  • Perform business impact assessment
  • Supporting process deployment, improvements in close collaboration with the end users
  • Establishing best practice procedures relevant to the Finance processes and assure these processes are executed in accordance with the agreed best practice
  • Identifying and evaluating the organizations risk areas to identify opportunities for further improvements
  • Ensuring high process performance
  • Ensuring positive interaction with all stakeholders
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in process improvements and best practice


  • 1-3 years of experience working with process improvement for Travel and Expense Management
  • Relevant education (in Finance or Economics)
  • Capability to solve complex issues and develop standards for performance based on best practice
  • Possess great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Process Excellence area
  • Handson experience with SAP Travel and Expense Management preferred
  • Cultural understanding, networking, and good presenting and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, demonstrating fluency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Confident selfstarter who can work independently to support the Process Owner driving improvements forward
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, but can elevate viewpoints to focus on the broader process roadmap
  • Act as a source of specialist knowledge for others
  • Excellent team player, builds trust and delivers results within a culturally diverse environment
  • Some experience with project management preferred
  • Advanced level of English orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of e.g. Lean, Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Experience with modelling in ARIS is an advantage
