Our candidate of choice will manage development, market rollouts, change requests and new release development for Digital products, focusing on a Mobile Config App, Mobile Apps and supporting application. Prepare project plans in line with approved flight plans ensuring project transparency. Present project phases and milestones, prepare project status reports, and manage resources (internal and external) to deliver quality outcomes.

Tasks

  • Preparation and tracking of project plans and progress
  • Manage implementations including preparation and management of CRQs to ensure delivery
  • Manage internal and external resources assigned to the project working in a matrix team
  • Manage and, when needed, escalate project risks and issues
  • Liaise with all stakeholders day to day to deliver the project
  • Understanding and documenting/diagramming business requirements & user stories
  • Working with business to prioritize backlog items and analyze the impact of changes
  • Participate in data mapping, validation and testing
  • Coordinate change requests / system implementation with various IT teams, including infrastructure, other CoE and business
  • Create/update system and support documents (e.g. System Manual) as required alongside changes
  • Production Support (level 2)
  • Participate in program planning as required.
  • Ensure that all projects are CDP and audit compliant
  • Contribute to business, project and programme workshops as required

Requirements

  • Project management qualifications (PMP Certified or Prince2)
  • total 5+ years of IT experience working within teams to develop, deploy and support enterprise/digital applications
  • 3+ year of project management experience (atleast 1 year in Agile)
  • 2+ years of technical background
  • Participated in large scale, complex system implementation
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer facing role with experience of maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Confidence to interact with senior members of the business and manage expectations to satisfaction
  • Excellent knowledge of development life cycle and Agile methodologies
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • A good team player
  • Self motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent working English knowledge
