Our Swiss-owned multinational partner is looking for a 3rd level IT Support Expert with minor development tasks.
- Troubleshooting & incident resolving tasks
- Provide 3rd level technical support
- Minor developments, small enhancements in the Web UI
- Analysis of the SAP DATA synchronization, resolving any correction that might needed to be done in the data.
- Verifying the DB and Job Queues, resolving the frozen tasks or DB Queue errors.
- Liasing with One Identity support team to open SRs and implement patches.
- Activating/Deactivating a new SAP Box following a SR that One Identity / Intragen will give.
- Implement patches regarding 7.1.2 version given by One Identity.
- Previous work experience in level 3 support role
- Very good English
- Troubleshooting skills
- SQL Server expertise
- VBScript / Web development experience
- One Identity IAM Tool knowledge
- SAP expertise
