We are looking for new colleagues with similar experience and good German knowledge to our Business System Analyst position.

Affected application: central administration tool for IP address and port management IP VPN platform
Conceptional working in line-based IT requirements, internal projects (incl. project leads) and portfolio/product development , especially for the module IP address management (IPv4/IPv6)
Preparation of IT specification for new functional requirements from business units and especially from telecommunication portfolio management to support the internal provisioning process with PMA-SEAM for the part port- and IP address management
Requirement analysis and coordination/steering based on release-/requirement- and software development process
Technical and user documentation

Requested IT skills
At least 5 years experience in IT management of applications
Very good knowledge in methods of IT requirement analysis (> 3 years)
Very good knowledge in creating requirement specification and IT conception (> 3 years)
Knowledge in operations and management of IT applications
Requested technical and soft skills
Fluent German knowledge (process discussion and documentation is in German)
English knowledge is an advantage
ITIL basic skills
General project management
Very good understanding and experience in WAN telecommunications, IP VPN, Router, Switches, IP address management, telecommunication networks
Knowledge in CMDBs (Configuration Management data bases) and interface technology (recommended)
Good conceptional understanding of IT system architectures (analysis and technical level)
Ability to learn new topics / IT tools short (how IT tools work in principle)
Ability to work in small project/development team for longer time (long-term task)
Ability to travel (locations in Germany, mainly Berlin and Frankfurt/Main)
