Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions to support high-frequency trading
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of new systems and processes align with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including traders, brokers, and technology partners
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to high-frequency trading and message brokers
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on fintech and high-frequency trading
- Knowledge of message brokers (e.g. Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and their use in financial systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
