Our partner is a global technology solutions company dedicated to helping people and organizations reach the next breakthrough. Across regions, industries and contexts, we apply specialized expertise and advanced technologies to strengthen and transform teams and processes. They are looking for a Contract Compliance Manager for their new project.

Key Responsibilities

  • ·       Parse contracts, identify requirements & deliverables from contractual documents.
  • ·       Assign owners, point out gaps, call out additional security requirements , if necessary,
  • ·       Interact with other aligned functions (Legal, Delivery, Transition Manager, HR, etc.)
  • ·       Analyse complex business issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision makers.
  • ·       Develop reports for management on the overall performance of business and develop metrics to measure various characteristics of the business.
  • ·       Analyse large quantities of data and present insights and predictions to support management planning, executing and monitoring of business decisions.
  • ·       Present findings and recommendations to appropriate groups and helps to determine what actionable steps can be taken based on the findings.
  • ·       Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
  • ·       May lead the effort to develop and improve operations through efficient and effective integrated processes, implementing common management processes/services to leverage organization resources

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business operations, program management, delivery operations and/or related areas of expertise as required.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Operational Excellence is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years experience
  • Ability to focus on details for long periods of time.
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentation and intermediate Excel Skills
  • Experience in working with contracts and parsing.
  • Must have the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Must be proficient working in a team to identify business process improvements delivering significant value to an organization is required.
  • Must have the ability to build strong working relationships with leaders globally.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a consensus-driven organization and to create consensus-bases support for strategies and processes is required.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, the ability to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for different groups and stakeholders is required.

Work model

  • Hybrid
  • Duration- 6 months project and possibility to extend for 3 months
